Cancellation/Refund Policy

Initial purchase payment must be received in full before your Style Profile is generated. Refer to Delivery Policy.

GST (6%) will be added to all orders inside Canada.

Credit card charges will appear under the name Style Profile Inc.

Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds are not issued.

Delivery Policy

Your personal Style Profile will be automatically generated on the Style Profile Inc. website at www.mystyleprofile.com once you have finalized initial purchase payment and completed the on-line questionnaire.

Delivery will occur in 2 steps:

1. Step One

• Initial purchase payment is completed by you on-line
• A completion/validation notice will appear on screen providing you with a temporary user-name and password that is valid for one (1)log-in
• That temporary user-name and password is also immediately e-mailed to you

2. Step Two

• You will use the temporary log-in information to access the Style Profile Questionnaire
• Once the questionnaire has been completed by you, a completion/validation notice will appear on screen providing you with a permanent user-name and password
• Your permanent log-in information is also immediately e-mailed to you

Payment approval is based on Internet speeds and electronic transfer speeds for debit or credit card payment processing. However, timing should approximate one minute from the time you click the Submit button on the order form.
